Well, the long awaited house renovation has begun. Our friend Dave has been working for a couple days now and things are really progressing. Up first will be enclosing the porch and making some more storage space and a laundry room. Next will come the addition of a new bathroom in the front bedroom/classroom and then on to the kitchen where I don't know what is happening, aside from all new appliances and cabinets. I haven't really 'taken charge' on this one so I'm a little out of the loop on what all is going to go down.
